AC clutch won't engage after system vac and recharged. Low pressure switch jumped. Followed note on relay panel to disconnect negative battery cable for 5 seconds then set to 60 and select auto on climate control panel. No voltage to compressor, 13 volts at low pressure switch-WHERE"S THE PROBLEM? Thanks.
