Seems like my regal has developed a bouncy front end and it sits a little bit higher in the front end. Any ideas what this may be? Thanks!

Have the strut cartridges and/or struts ever been replaced?

never been replaced. It has 150000 on it for miles.

With that mileage sounds like you are overdue for all four - front and rear since the ride height is being affected. For the front the strut cartridges are replaced and the rears are strut assemblies.
