01 deville interior lights, fuse keeps blowing

i have an 01 deville, my interior lights aernt workin, everytime i put a fuse in it pops, i had all the interior lights out an the harness disconnected tried the fuse and it still popped, seems like theres a short somewhere idk if ne one has had this problem and you have an idea where it could be
