1998 cADILLAC dEVILLE cONCOURS,LOCATION OF IAT SENSOR, and TPS Sensor

Can anyone direct me to the location of the IAT sensor, and the TPS sensors, and are they easy to change? by a DIY person

Welcome to AF, first what makes you think both of these need replacing?, the tps is mounted on the throttle body. the iat usually in the air intake ducting. BTW, if you do not what to look for maybe you should get professional help here, assuming this is your problem.

Yeah, I'd make sure that those sensors are the problem. Are they setting error codes on the computer?

Thank you for your response, First, advance auto hooked their device to the car's computer to read out the "engine needs service soon lite" thats where I got the TPS, and the IAT numbers I referenced. I already checked the IAT and it was left unplugged at the last servicing, thats when the lite came on and would not go off. I plugged it back in and the lite has not gone off yet. I have not driven the car tho since i plugged it back in, only started it up and lite still was shown. what does BTW stand for? what about the TPS sensor, should I replace it?(if i can find it) Thanks Joel

(By the way). Get the exact code and post it back other issues can cause tps codes.
