My 89 camry 4 cycl will start and idle fine but when i press on the gas it bogs out unless i barely pressthe gas pedal and then it revs fine. The problem gets better as the motor heats up but is still present. Drives fine at speeds over 25 mph but is very slow getting to that speed. I have replaced fuel and air filter, spark plugs, rotor, O2 sensor, and cleaned out egr and throttle body and idle control valve.

Connect a fuel pressure gauge and check the pump output pressure. The "how to" should be in the Factory Service Manual listed in the thread at the top of the forum. Might want to check the timing specs using a timing light too. How old is the timing belt? It may have slipped.

If the fuel pressue test as RIP suggested and the ignition timing check both check out OK, I would next check your spark plug wires (They should be integrated with the distributor cap as a 1-piece unit on this model), and your coil. To check the plug wires you will need a digital volt/ohmeter. To check the coil you will need the meter again and the specs from any manual. Specifications for both tests should be in the manual. Missing on under load is usually indicative of an ignition system problem.
