2000 Buick Lesabre Not Starting

I have a 2000 Buick Lesabre Custom that does not start or turn over at all.the problem before it died was the car would stall at any time even while on highway then it lost power would not go over 40-45 even with accelerator pushed to floor then it just stopped completly.Had it to a dealer could not find a problem no codes would come up,then took to another mechanic,they told me that i need a new PCM computer,put new computer and had it programmed in and still nothing.there is power,headlights work wiper work,dash lights up cant figure it out Any suggestions.Put in New starter,new ignition(and keys all Proggramed,)new harmonic Balencer any suggestions would be greatly appreciated car has V6 with 110 k miles

A. you got jacked by a lousy technician, haha.
B. I'd start by looking for bad grounds.
C. check fluid levels and condition.

Try removing the connector for the MAF sensor while it's running. That will throw a code on the check engine light, but if it smooths out then you know where your problem is.
