How do you access the Park\Turn lamps at the bottom of the bumper.

I would also like an answer to this question. I have a bulb out on the passenger side.

I have a feeling I would need to take the head light out and then I would have access.

Am I correct?

That is how to access them in my wife's 2000 LeSabre. 2001 should be the same.

I had to change the bulb and socket (dealer $25) on my 01. The easiest way to get to the bulb is to remove the headlight. This can be done by removing the two 10mm bolts on top and lifting out the light entire assy. Check the turn signal socket for corrosion. The socket on my car had so much corrosion in it that the internal traces or wires had been eaten away. I also found water in the light assy, so I drilled a small weep hole in it for future drainage. I used diaelectric grease in the socket for the light to try to seal it better.
