im tryin to put a 2.2 out of a 03 alero into a 01 alero will the harness match up.... if so any other problems ill run into?

Welcome to AF.

You are going to need more then just a wire harness, they are NOT the same.

Plus you also need the PCM, BCM, and I'm sure several other things, not EVEN worth it IMHO. :grinno:
