so i have a problem with my car and have a couple questions. i have a 2000 and when i drive my car there is a slight humming noise, and when i turn my steering wheel right, it makes a loud grinding noise along with some high pitched humming noise once and a while and as well i can feel the vibrations in the wheel. It doesnt do it when i turn left, just right. the sound seems to be coming from the front left wheel. i've already checked and its not the wheel barrings, so does anyone have any ideas of what the problem is, how much it is to fix, and how urgent it is to get fixed?

CV joints, their like the drive shafts on a front wheel drive vehicle, if your POSITIVE its not a wheel bearing, then i would move on to the CV joints
