2001 LeSabre ALC "clicking noise" question

I had my rear shocks replaced over the weekend. As I remember ALC made a humming noise before, when adjusting. Now with the new shocks it made a "two-clicks" sound and that's it. I did not have anyone fat to sit in the back, should I put something heavy in the trunk to see if it "humms" to adjusts? Are the clicks normal, or is something disconnected/not connected? I got under the rear of the car to make sure the wires from both rear shocks are connected to the control box and they are.

I put 80 lbs into the trunk yesterday, put the ignition on run and sat there for two minutes - nothing. Turned the ignition on, sat there for two minutes, nothing again. Don't know if that's not enough weight.
I checked the ELC fuse under the back seat, it's a large grey non-transparent fuse, so I can't see if it's blown or not. Will try to switch it with another fuse from that box, to see if anything changes.

Sorry for replying to my own message again. After some testing yesterday, there's a 2-3 sec humming sound that was not there before, that comes from the back of the car, right after I turn my key to run or ignition - is that ELC working or is that the fuel pump pumping in gas? The sound comes on every time I turn the key in the clockwise direction. It sounds more mechanical, so all the signs point to that being ELC, it's just that before I remember it made a louder humming sound and ran more often (I guess it was leaking before and I did not know it, I thought it was ok). This is why when I was testing it before, nothing has been happening after a couple of minutes of waiting with the key in the run or ignition position, because it already adjusted?

A 2 second hum with key on is your fuel pump priming.........
