Under right side of dash board.
Pull glove box and see if you can see it.
Check for proper fuel pressure.
The injector and ECM has fuses.
Check all fuses.
Check for good hot blue spark and injector pulse.
Also pull codes and post back code no.
Will it start on a shot of carb cleaner?

No starting fluid please.
Just carb cleaner.
Check fuel pressure and for good spark.
And check codes.
Post back what you have.

Jumper pins A and B on diagnostic connector.

Starter fluid has been known to blow off the valve covers and oil pan off and put the oil fill cap threw the hood.
And will give you a shave and a hair cut with eye brow trim if your head is close when it blows. :nono: :eek7: :lol2: :grinyes:
Use at your own risk.
