U joints?
Does you have the double joint type of drive shaft?

That gives noise and viberation.
Most of the time it is a bad U joint or the center ball in the double joint.

Have a real close look at it?
Did you put everything back in line like it come apart?

If your U joint & center ball in the double joint check out OK. Then I would like to sugest that you take a look at your tires. You mite have a lump in the thread area where the cores/belts have given out and causing the lump. I had that happen once to me. Jack your truck up from the rear end and spin your tires. Run your hand over the thread and feel for a lump. Hope that helps.

You are welcome and thanks for letting us know what you found and how it went.
Keep us posted on the repair.
If the ball is still good parts place may have a repair kit for it.
Balance is very important on that shaft.
Mark the side and front and rear of everything before talking apart and put it all back the the same way it came apart..
Good Luck
