no rear lights on 2000 chevy blazer

My 2000 Chevy Blazers rear lights are not working. We have changed the fuses and everytime the vechile turns on it blows the fuse. Radio is also not working. Please help!!!!!!!!!

Welcome to AF.
Check the wiring on the rear for rubbed threw pinched or shorted wire.
Also if a trailer plug in check it and wiring real close.
And look under body along frame at wiring.
