How do you tell the difference between the radiator with engine oil cooler, or with automatic transmission cooler. There a way to do this without taking it all to pieces? Need to replace the radiator because of a small hole in it, but I dont want to have to pull it all out before buying the new one...

A rad for a auto transmission with a engine oil cooler will have 2 sets of cooler lines running into it .

Just to add a little more too....

The '95 with a vortec V6 all recieved the engine oil cooler, along with the automatic transmission oil cooler. The engine oil cooler runs from the driver side of the rad, and the automatic transmission cooler runs from the passenger side. When installing the cooler lines, don't overtighten them and use a wrench on the rad side too. You don't want to damage to cooler in the rad and have coolant and oil mixing.
