I have a 98 neon with cold air intake, header, chiped ECP & MAP sensors, high flow cat, new underdrive pully, 7 Lb flywheel, and stage 3 clutch but it still drags alil I still have stock injectors in. I am pushing 220hp out of the SOHC 2.0L but the injectors are just not big enuff. Some help please. I can get 24-36 lb/hr injectors I just need to know what would be best.

No way you are pushing 220 HP out of a SOHC without boosting. Your stock injectors are fine and there is no chip for the neon's PCM.
