Hi revving clio at startup

Hi,
Anybody have any suggestions as to the cause of a high revving engine on a 1.2 16v 2005 Clio.

Sarts OK, but idles at 3000+ rpm. Drives OK and pull OK.

If anyone can help it would be much appreciated
