Hi everyone.

I just realized today as I was driving that i was getting no heat, so as soon as i got home i popped the hood to check my coolant level. I noticed that the reservoir was dry to the bone. I checked both hoses attached to the tank and to my surprise i pulled up one of hoses and realized that i wasn't attached to anything. Just wondering where this hose should connect to. The hose connecting to the top of rad to the reservoir is fine. its the other one from the top of the reservoir tank that goes up and down that is just hanging. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Thanks

The top hose that hangs down is just a oveflow hose.
Does not hook to anything.
If you are losing heat your rad/engine is also low on coolant.
Fill it up and run a pressure leak check on engine and rad system.
Check the lower intake gaskets real close?
Any coolant running over back of engine?

Also make sure your engine oil does not have coolant in it.
If so fix it now or it is good by rods bearings.
