I already have it removed and the new one on, but I can't find the belt tensonor to so I can relive pressure from the belt so I can get it around the pulley. Any help would be REALLY nice and ASAP too please. Its been sitting for a day now.

Look to see if, on the arm holding the pulley, there is a 1/2" square hole. If so, your 1/2" drive socket driver will fit in there, and with it you can move the pulley against the spring to get yourself some slack. Mine goes counter clockwise to loosen.

I am not sure if you have this resolved, but here is some info that may help:

The 89 does not have a tensioner, but the belt is loosened/tightened at the power steering bracket. There are two bolts at top and bottom front that need to be loosened, then two on back of power steering unit that needs to be loosened. The adjusting bolt for the belt is on the driver's side on the power steering bracket near the bottom. If you look just below where the belt crosses to the water pump you can see the threads of the adjusting bolt. If i remember right, it is counter clockwise to loosen and clock wise to tighten the belt.

Hope this helps.

Mike
