I have changed calipers , rotors , pads , rubber brake lines and my rotors still warp in about 2 months. I also watch not to over tighten the rims . any idea whats causing this ? master cylinder maybe ?

I have a 90 Z71 and I finally figured out why I was going thru front brakes much faster than the rears. The rears do not self adjust properly and most of the braking is on the fronts and this can cause the rotors to warp.
The solution is to manaully adjust the rear brakes (I do this every tire rotation). With the rear off the ground, you should feel the brakes drag somewhat when you spin the tire. Unfortuantely, on my 90, they have to be adjusted with the wheel off but they can still be adjusted by hand better than the self adjuster alone.

a sure fire way to warp the rotors is to apply brakes when hitting R/R tracks and chuck holes
