So I have a '00 gp gt 80k and when I go to start it for the first time of the day it seems to sound like it is either sucking air or blowing air, especially does it in cold weather. Of course when the engine is warm/hot it is normal on idle as well as when I start it after its already warmed up it doesnt do it. I know next to nothing about cars and I'm sure its not a problem or anything I would just like to know what it is that causes this. Thanks

There is a good possibility that this is a vacuum issue caused by starting the engine. I could be the vacuum pot that controls the vent selector or it could be something on the engine or even the power brake booster. If the engine is running correctly and there are no other issues with the vehicle, I wouldn't worry about it.
