95 cav tcc solenoid

I have a 95 cav with a 2.2l. The tcc started going bad the other day (car stalls after warming up or driving on highway then coming to a stop). I am looking into getting a new car soon and dont want to spend any money on this one. I want to disconnect the tcc solenoid but am unsure how. There is a 4 wire rectangle connector on top of the tranny but i am unsure if i should disconnect the entire plug or if i should remove one wire and if so which wire. Anyone been here with a 95??? i cant find a correct wiring diagram for it. thanks i appreciate it!!!

Try going to AutoZone.com and seach under your car/year in the "Repair or How to" sections. I also have a 95 Cavaliver and I know it that the Web site contains wiring diagrams.
Sorry, I have no experience with the TCC soleniod to date.
