Have 1999 Blazer (small type) - when ignition is off & door is closed, I noticed that after the "Security" light stops flashing (and interior lights go down), the fuel and temp gauge go up (the oil pressure stays above 0, but does not move). I pulled fuses for Illumination & Gauges, still does it. If door is left open, it doesn't happen (but with door open, Security light flashes anyway). I also removed the door switch, still did it. At this point, I put everything back in & it is sitting with the fuel and temp gauges activated.

This happened today - I was driving in the rain, and I did hear some "chattering" going on under the dash (sounded like it was on the driver's side) - sounded like a relay going crazy - I'm sure that had something to do with it.

Any ideas or is there a previous thread where this was asked?
