Naw. Although 300zx's are very sexy, it's not worth the trade.

Why does it even matter what we think? Its your car, you should do what you please with it. I think 300zx's are bad ass, but I think if I were to have one I would want a NA 2g... just for a fun RWD DD. IMO TT setups just have too much shit going on, I think it would have to be a pretty special car for me to want to put up with all of that.

This is true, but if I was to go through with all of that I'd do it on a worth while engine... like I dont know, a 2jz :). A single turbo on a V engine isnt a real easy or realistic deal, the 2jz is an inline 6 so its no different (other than the extra 2 cylinders of course) than a 4cyl. Besides, I worked on an NA 300zx and it was a clusterfuck and a half in there already, working on a TT setup in there would be a pain in the ass.

What were the 300zx tt's rated at stock? I'm just curious...

I have always heard they have reliablility issues. Still a nice car though. Something is deffinately wrong with it if he wants to trade for the gsx.

He bought his car for 8k to i think. He knows tthe potential of a dsm(the buddy of ouors has a talon full streetable runnig 10.6). I just considered it because i have had 5 4g63 motors I thought of change.

It is more car... a LOT more car. Why would someone trade an obviously decently modded 420 whp RHD 300zx with less than 70k miles for a basically unmodded GSX thats not even breaking the 200 whp mark? I also find it hard to believe that a 16 year old kid that knows as little about DSM's as you do has had 5 of them. Do you really make these posts thinking anyone here believes you?

ok thor well weather you beleive me or not I have had a total of 2 90 tsi's one that had a good runnign motor and one that had 2 piston rings fried. And for my age i think i know a fair bit. why are you knocking me down AGAIN? like there is no need for it. and I thougth he ran a 10.8 last year but in fact he ran a 10.6.

well 10 how do you know that it is? 2) that talon is from calagry(way over a million people) I am moving there this summer. 3) GP has about 100k people and there is lots in and around. I consider butt fuck nowhere as a place liek where 2.3l_turbo (my cousin) lives ...population of liek 12.

Ok opinions are fine and all, but when you say your going to put up videos of you beating cars that are impossible or whatever and they never show up, and then people are offering to trade cars that are way better/faster and offering large sums of cash for it... it's hard to take any of this serious. I'm not bashing or flaming. Honestly though, go through every thread you've made and they almost all end the same way.

One question I would ask is what have you given back to the A/F /DSM community? I think that is why you are starting to get the resentment. I mean you flash all these new things you are buying (link, FMIC, exhaust etc) you have a ton of fantastical stories which at least make us resent the fact that we weren't there to capitalize on the 17000 offer for our cars and then ask questions which you don't accept the answer to. Can you see how this would get a little aggravating?
