RoG 1/24 F2005 that I started a while back. My skills are much better now (I think :grinyes:) so this one certainly has some flaws. :icon16:

Color is duplicolor Bright Red with Krylon Krystal clear. I don't have the courage/patience/strenght to polish one of these tiny bodies. With all the curves, fins, edges, it's a disaster waiting to happen. It's farily shiny from the can. I did modify the front hub to adjust the track. The stock stance is way too wide. Still need to paint the rotors/brakes.

Engine will never be seen, so it wasn't really detailed at all.

I think RoG really did the carbon fiber well on this kit. Looks great IMHO.

Yeh, the CF looks good. Does that Krylon clear shrink at all, like lacquer? It looks pretty thick here.

It shrinks, but not as much as lacquer. The panel lines weren't very deep, and I didn't know at the time to make them deeper. This build will look OK as long as you don't get too close...

Looks great so far. Considering to front wing is a 3 piece, and it's moulded a one, I would recommend painting thin black lines inbetween the wings, that's what i did with mine and it looks great.
