ok I have a 98 NON-turbo talon and i just swapped the motor with new battery and alternator. But when i got to put in the key nothing at all will come on, no lights, turn signals windows, etc. I checked and there is power to the starter and the alternator, but there is no power to the fuse box under the hood or in the car. I am stuck, what should i check?

Check your relays.

i checked the one's under the hood in the fuse box and they are fine and the one i found under the dash. Are there any more that would control something like that the hanes manual sucks when it comes to the electrical part of the car

Check and make sure you pluged everything in right. I believe power runs to the fuse box directly from the battery. Follow the wires that go to the fuse box back and see where they go.

I would nect check the cam angle sensor and your ignintion. I don't want to give you a laundry list of things to search for and send you on the wrong path. But use the search bar and see what you can find. there's a lot of responses on this subject.

He has no power to the fuse box. The sensor on the motor will only cause the motor not to crank.
