We ran from maybe 40 to 90 and i pulled about a car and a half. Then from a 25 i pulled about 4 up to 90. He didnt want to go from a dig im geussing because he cant launch. CassiesMan 03-18-2008, 10:57 PM He didnt want to go from a dig im geussing because he cant launch. Now that takes skill... GForce957 03-19-2008, 02:53 AM even from a dig a stock wrx ain't much, good kill subieskier 03-19-2008, 02:32 PM even from a dig a stock wrx ain't much, good kill A decent driver would probably pull a car length on you to about 25 mph. Then you'd have only three car lengths on him by 90. Watch out for WRX's with a FMIC, though! Nice kill, by the way. Those '95's are great cars. Nice kill, by the way. Those '95's are great cars. There is a guy locally with a stupid fast STI, that, oddly enough, as the full WRX "coversion" so its a bit sleeperish. He raced a C6 with some bolt ons once and I'm pretty sure it was spraying, and it was an interesting race. Step 1: Rev to 3500ish Step 2: Lift foot of clutch Step 3: Go. TorchedStealth 03-19-2008, 06:05 PM Step 1: Rev to 3500ish Step 2: Lift foot of clutch Step 3: Go. For launching that vr-4 it would probably be more like 5-6000 then drop it lol Nice race man. A friend of mine has a wrx and has been insisting on racing me superman'd b18 03-19-2008, 06:32 PM cassiesman: i wish it were that easy... and yea torched is more along the track of what you really have to do.... launching at 3500, just gets major bogging..... GForce957 03-19-2008, 07:23 PM But you will eat those words someday. One day I hope. I raced a modded one the other week but it started at about 30. Would have been cool to see his launch cause he was pretty quick from a roll. Sleepr awd 03-21-2008, 02:25 AM When I launched the 90 Galant, the trick is getting the revs high enough to build boost, then keeping them high enough to not lose the momentum, and not burning the clutch up completely It is MUCH harder than it looks, unless you feel like breaking stuff. Then it is easy. superman'd b18 03-21-2008, 12:02 PM thanks sleeper.... exactly right CassiesMan 03-21-2008, 02:17 PM Dude, just get an anti lag... superman'd b18 03-21-2008, 02:19 PM dude.... just sell the mazda :P jp Sleepr awd 03-21-2008, 04:07 PM Cassies, I do, its on the 11sec one.
