I have an 02 Eddie Bauer. Around the fog lights is a plastic piece, that is black. I wanted to remove both of these and paint them Chrome to give the front a better look.

Does anyone know how to take these out? I see some nuts to remove but I want to make sure I am taking off the right ones.
