4x4 problems vacuum switch?

im having trouble finding the vacuum switch on my 95 k1500, i beleive its bad because my 4x4 doesnt work but i have no problem engaging the t-case, i cant for the life of me find the vacuum switch so i can replace it, any input would be greatly appreciated

Its on the front axle, on the top, right side (pass). Where the wire connects. But its not a vaccum switch, its a thermally activated.
The oem parts failed over time and a redesigned parts is available from GM but I hear aftermarket may have a replacement that is much less cost. The GM part requies a difference wire harness be soldered in.

hey thanks, i did figure out that its an electric locker, but i didnt know about the thermal part, i think ill just try and find an aftermarket one, if i can get one that i can just plug in and go id be happy, but i really appreciate the info, it was helpful
