My 1987 tercel, start rough and will stall if I take my food off the pedal. This happens in any kind of weather. It usually takes about 7-10 min, before you can feel it smooth out. Then the car runs like a clock. It also blows black smoke. Someone told me my carb needed to be rebuit, and someone else told me it was the choke. Please help. Thanks
