I have a 2003 325XI with stock 16in wheels. Can I change my tires from 205/55R16 to 225/50R16? I have 37K on the car and feel the goodyears have done me well. Friends have told me it can handle the wider tires??? Any help would be great.

should be OK. I have now 2004 325XI with 225/45-17 winters, same width as 225/50-16. OEM tires where 205/50-17 all season.
But allways check www.tirerack.com, find recommended tires for your car. :smokin:
