POSTING IN CLOSED OR OUTDATED THREADS:nono:

Please avoid posting or voting in outdated threads. It merely clutters up the message board and makes it more difficult for fellow members to sort through the vast amount of information contained on the boards.

Please review the following guidelines, before you consider posting in an existing “older” thread.

If the thread is more than three (3) months old and without recent relevant feedback, please avoid adding additional post to the thread.

If your question or problem is similar to a discussion in an older thread, feel free to start a new thread and add a link to the original thread.

Try to keep a thread on the same subject as the original poster.
Example: Starting a discussion about an “EGR” problem, in a post originally intended to discuss an “ABS” issue.

Also, if an older thread has reached a conclusion and the originator has given feedback to confirm a resolution, please avoid posting in that thread. An exception to this may be to offer congratulations to the original poster, for finding a solution to the problem.

On behalf of the AF Moderator team, we thank you for your cooperation.
