I just noticed recently that my fog lights aren't working anymore. It looks like this is TSB 01004 Summary:
THE ACCESSORY FOG LIGHTS FOR 1999-2002 MODEL YEAR 4RUNNER VEHICLES MAY BECOME CORRODED AND NOT FUNCTION. THE LIGHTS SHOULD BE REPLACED AS A PAIR. ( NHTSA ITEM NUMBER - 10011809 )

Anyone know of a write up on how to fix that?

Oh, and I did check the fuse and the black box thingy in the fuse box (not sure what its called).

Maybe the bulbs are burned out. Pull them and check the filaments.
