car keeps fouling out spark plugs timing belt making clickiing noise

well my spark plugs keep fouling out and where the timing belt is i here a clicking noise like a bolt is stuck every time i start it.. but know its not starting.

mods? i got $10 on that clicking sound being lifter tick (harmless) to check, run thicker oil...

What do you mean fouling out spark plugs?

It normally means getting to much carbon on them so they don't conduct electricity properly and therefore don't fire.

Ahhh, thank you. When is the last time you replaced your fuel and air filter? Just throwing ideas out there.
