In cool or cold weather, the wipers on my 94 Accord will not start for 10-15 minutes, until the car runs for awhile. ONce started, they run fine. Any others having this problem?? thanks:rofl:

I would try to unplug connectors and then plug them back. This will eliminate bad contact issue.

Another thing might be a bad ground. This is harder to find but still is doable.
