I want to know how to tell the difference between needing wiper refills or wiper blades. :( Please help me to understand this better.

A wiper refill is when u only get the rubber insert, where as the whole wiper blade u get the plastic surround as well!!

you might as well just replace the blade cause it aint that expensive rather than the rubber
