my air ride Control module went bad i went to the local ford dealer to get the car checked because the air ride kept going crazy anyway after takeing it in and 2 days of testing they tell me the module is bad, they told me that there is only 1 new module in stock in Texas b/c Ford no longer is making that part, but from what I have seen that is not true.

I have 2 questions;

1) Do you know what is going on with that part, has Ford stopped making it??
2) Where is the module actually located in the dash?

Thanks!

The Automatic Ride Control (ARC) module is located left of center of the instrument panel. It appears that it would be between the radio and the glove box/passenger airbag. Unfortunately I don't find detailed steps on how to access it.

Also, I don't know about the availability of the module. You may want to check with Fast Parts Network (http://www.trademotion.com/partlocator/index.cfm?siteid=318).
