Any one has a HOW TO for this project,
Summer is comming and i got by it but it needs a new one..any help or write up will be great

Here are the instructions from Gm Esi: Hope they help
Removal Procedure
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Drain and recover the coolant.
3. Remove the air cleaner assembly.
4. Disconnect the surge tank line from the coolant outlet.
5. Disconnect the coolant outlet from the inlet manifold attaching bolts.
6. Remove the coolant outlet.
Installation Procedure
1. Connect the coolant outlet to the inlet manifold.
2. Install the attaching bolts. Tighten the bolts to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).
3. Install the air cleaner assembly.
4. Connect the surge tank line to the coolant outlet.
5. Fill the engine with coolant.
6. Connect the negative battery cable.
7. Inspect the system for leaks.
