Any ideas??? brcidd 02-18-2008, 09:35 AM Driver's side actuator is probably stripped- or arm is off-- are you out of warranty?-- should be 5yrs or so, on an '07 GasHouseTiger 02-18-2008, 09:47 AM I am not sure about the warranty. Just purchased this used 2007 with 45k miles on it. How difficult is the replacement/repair of the actuator arm? Thanks for the help. MT-2500 02-18-2008, 10:44 AM i have dual climate control on my 2007 Tahoe. When the a/c is on the passenger side blows cold and the temperature is controlled fine but the driver side only blows hot air? Any ideas??? Always check for low R-134a first. Also if anything is bad it should be setting a code in the AC/heater body computer. Sometimes after a battery disconnect or change they need recalbrated. Check for codes. If any codes post back codes. MT GasHouseTiger 02-18-2008, 11:08 AM thank you. Is there a way to do the re-calibration without going to a mechanic MT-2500 02-18-2008, 12:33 PM I do not have info for the 07 but on older ones it is turn off ign and remove raido fuse for 10-30 seconds and put it back and ign on and it should go threw the recalibrate mode and work OK. Good luck MT Related Links Enter the largest automotive community on the planet! |
