What shop do you work at? I'm looking for an honest shop to do a tune-up on my Venture. Monroe is right down the street, but I don't trust them since they tried to rip my wife off.

Try asking around to friends, family for suggestions. There are plenty of good independent shops around. I've seen many customers complain about the chains such as Firestone , Monroe, Midas, and even Sears on faulty repairs, some work not being done, overcharging , etc.
