noise/shudder/rumbling whenit reach 40 mph and 60 mph and also when de-accelarating. flushed the tranny 2 weeks ago and have all 4 tires balance but it still the same. read in af that 97 pontic transport have problem with the similar symptons but this truck does not have a vaccum modulator to replace. please advise. truck have wrangler tires on
