2007 expedition XLT, fuse box location

Looking for the fuse box in my 2007 XLT. Manual says behind passenger kick panel, nothing there but sheet metal. Besides the one in the engine compartment, is there another one hiding somewhere?

It's been a while. Has anyone found the cab fuse box?
