94 Pontiac Grandam Door lock / window issues

I have a 94 pontiac grand am which has been having some electrical problems recently. Right now the doorlock button will not unlock the doors, however they auto lock like normal.

Second issue is, the power windows, sometimes the motor will stop working mid way going up or down and if we let it sit a few minutes till continue a short while. This sometimes takes several trys to get it up or down.

Any advice would be great.

Check the plugs for the door/window buttons. they like to get corrosion on them and not work properly, can even corrode the wires down inside the wire case.

With your window sounds like the motor is about to die but could also be caused from the above and not getting electricity.
