My 99 Venture with rear AC controls has an intermittent problem. I've gotten complaints from the backseat riders:mad: that they are hot or cold (depending on their mood) and there is no air back there. We've tried switching between the backseat controls and the front controls and the problem is evident in both set ups. The rear AC fan sometime works and sometime doesn't.

I've done some work back there before so I know how to get behind the drivers side panel. Do you think it might be the relays or something else? I figure the fan motor is OK since it does work, I'm thinking it is something between the switches (front & back) and the fan motor.

BTW, the front fan motor works just fine, all of the time, the problem is only the rear fan.

I'd check for loose connections if the problem appears to be intermittent. You say you have done work back there before, so it might be possible during one of those work sessions, a wire or connector may have come loose, unbeknown to you.
