Bent in wheel?

About a month ago I was in a hit & run accident during a snow storm. My driver's side rear door was dinged, and my rear hubcap busted off. Police wouldn't come out because of all the serious accidents with the snow and I didn't file a report because the damage was minimal. Today I was pulled over by a police officer who wanted me to park my car and tow it because my rear tire was bent in. I haven't had this looked at yet, it doesn't seem to be too far bent. Slightly at an angle. My car does however have horrible control in the rear end, especially in the snow. Without even hitting a bump or pothole, it weaves back and forth. Anyone know what could be bent up there?

There are a couple of trailing arms and such that are there for the alignment and suspension of the rear wheels. Both the camber and the toe are adjustable on these cars in the rear. Look under there for any bent arms, or take it where you normally would for an alignment and have them look at it,
