99eclipse gst problem

have a problem with my eclipse, it wont stop smoking from the tail pipe, i had it checked if it had a cracked head or blown head gasket, but that wasnt the problem, and i cant figure it out. It has turbo, so i checked the turbo to see if it was leaking oil, but its not. So if theres any advice someone can give me, it would help, Thank You.

What color is the smoke ? Does it have a funny smell ? What mods have you done to your car ? Have you had a compression test done / leakdown ?

How many miles are on the car? Could be the seals in the turbo, or even the valve stem seals.

the smoke is whit, there not really a funny smell, just burn stinky oil..lol ohh and i do need to put a new oil pump, cuz it has went out, and its leaking alot of oil, so do you think that its that, thats causing the smoke?? and just burning it? oh and the motor had just been rebuild, well just the pistons, piston rings, rods, and camshaft...and new turbo (stock)
