Blue Bowtie 02-05-2008, 10:19 PM Also check the bulbs in the center high mounted brake light. In some later years, the logic for the cruise grounds through the lamp filament to permit the cruise servo to latch in. gw84 02-06-2008, 12:38 AM I'm glad you all asked about the brake lights. I had a couple of brake lights out recently. Upon replacing them I noticed that there appears to be a short somewhere because the bulbs would work when they were held in a certain position and wouldn't when left hanging. THey're back in their socket now and I believe that they all work [I'll double check]. I didn't think about the center high-mounted taillight. Will check that too as well as the pedal thing. What do you mean by checking to see if the "brake light switch out of adjustment"?? where's this switch? thanks! vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
