I've 99 Saturn SL1. When I depress column switch, wipers function but no washer fluid (or pump noise). I've replaced the washer pump with a new one. But I'm still facing the same problem.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Thanks.

does it work when its warm out?

windshielf washer fluid is made of water and alcohol. the alcohol is there so the fluid doesnt freeze in the winter. however it evaporate alot faster than water. sometimes a little bit of fluid is left in the squirter gizmo. the alcohol evaporates and the water freezes in the nozzle. try pouring some warm/hot water over the nozzles and see if that allows them to squiert the washer fluid. if it does then thats your problem. if it doesnt, then you may have a clogged hose.
