can someone tell me how to defog my headlights

There are companies that make lens defogger compounds. Go to this webpage and they have a compound that may work. If you want you can go to google or where ever and search lens defogger.

Wet sand them with 1500 grit finishing sandpaper, then 2000, then 2500, then 3000. Get a bottle of Meguires "Plastix" and polish them to a clear shine. May take two to three times of sanding to get the original treatment off the lens

if you want a quick fix until you can replace/recondition them, just use scrubbing bubbles. Yes, the bathtub cleaner. Just make sure to put a papertowl/rag down under the light. Use lightly with a few coats vs spraying a clump on there.

I used a new Rainx product that cleans and removes the haziness. It worked pretty good, but not brand new looking.
