I am looking to buy a 1999 Acura Integra GSR and the guy selling said it was brought up from the states to canada (the speed was in MPH) and I am wondering what the process is to bring the car up?

Are there any potential problems that could be brought up once I've bought the car and be held reliable?

Secondly, should he have any papers showing that the car as been cleared to be licensed in canada?

I would check with Canadian Customs with those questions and see if they can help you sort through it.

I am 99% sure the seller got a canadian ownership for vehicle, means all paperwork has cleared, and there wont be any problems.

Just remember when you boogie down the hwy and sign says max 100 km thats 60 on your speedo, lol
