I have a 1995 Pontiac Grand Am with a 3.1 liter V-6. It will barely run and a "mechanic" said its only running on 2 cylinders. Can anyone please give me some suggestions? Thanks alot!

I don't think a v6 would run on 2 cylinders. I had a tercel (4-cy)l with a head gasket blown between 1&2, it would barely run with a 1/8" hole between them.
Anyway, check for spark on all cylinders. Also check whether or not the fuel injectors are commanded on. Check the resistance while you're at the wires. I don't know the spec offhand, but they should all be within a few ohms. Also, you don't/shouldn't remove the upper intake to check them. Follow the wires to the first connector, otherwise check at the PCM.

i would varify that you are getting spark first, then worry about the injectors getting fuel.
I too wouldnt think a v6 would run on 2 cyl's, if it did it would sound awfull.
